The Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate (Kiligolf) is situated on 1,040 acres of prime African bush land, nestled between Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru. To the south stretches the Maasai Steppe and the great ridges of the ancient Eastern Arc chain: the Pare, Usambara and Blue Mountains, all of which are visible from the estate. The Usa River, an important water source, runs along the western side of the estate.

The Kilimanjaro Golf Club is the main feature of the estate, consisting of the first 18-hole championship golf course in Tanzania. Designed by former Irish national coach and Kenya Open champion; David Jones, the club is geared to host international and local golf events, tournaments and club nights.

Location: Plot E26,, Usa River about a 40 minutes drive from Kilimajoro International Airport (JRO). JRO is served by intertation flights from KLM, Quatar, Ethiopian and Turkis Airlines. Kiligolf is considered the best Golf Course in Tanzania and the house is located directly on Fairway 16. The house is at an elevation of 1050 meters above sea level which guarantee a nice temperature year around. The winter months it can get down to 13-14 degrees C at night, but still above 25 Degrees C during the day, During the summer months December – February it rarely goes above 32 degrees C.

Arusha, the nearest town is of many considered the Safari Capital of the world. From the house, You can easily reach the following parks, Kilmanaro NP, Arusha NP, Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara NP, Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Serengeti NP.

The house is located on a one acre plot. The total area of the house is 329 square meters and consist of Kitchen with scullery, Living room, 4 ensuit bedrooms, 3 of them with Walk in Closets. One of them is a freestanding building that can be used as a guest house/AirBnb. In additon: Maids quarter with a separate bathroom, guest toilet, A double garage with a separate room that can be used as a extra bedroom, enclosed courtyard with Swimming pool, huge balcony with roof on the backside and a well beautiful garden including a pond.
